Based on a collaborative network with major domestic academic institutions including the Korean National Police University Public Safety Data Science Research Center, we provide investigative and analytical professional development and law enforcement research and consulting services.

Korean National Police University Public Safety Data Science Research Center
We have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korean National Police University Public Safety Data Science Research Center and are conducting research projects for building and advancing public safety data science academic research infrastructure. We strengthen the academic foundation in the investigative and analytical field through National Police Agency research projects.
Hallym University Department of Convergence Forensic Science
We have signed a tripartite MOU among the Korean National Police University Public Safety Data Science Research Center, Hallym University Information Forensic Science Research Institute, and support crime scene construction and CSI Academy operations through the Glocal project. Led by Professor Kim Ji-on (Chief Advisor), we develop forensic investigation and crime analysis curricula.
Hannam University Department of Police Science
We have signed a tripartite MOU among the Korean National Police University Public Safety Data Science Research Center and Hannam University Department of Police Science, and operate the COMBINE program, an industry-academia-research (customized) education curriculum. We deliver training in public safety data science and investigative intelligence analysis professional development.

i2-Based Investigative Intelligence Analysis Training
Core → Applied → Expert step-by-step curriculum
We provide systematic i2 training ranging from understanding the principles of social network analysis to hands-on exercises based on real cases. Participants practice financial and communication data preprocessing and association analysis methodologies reconstructed from actual cases such as fraudulent solicitation and bribery, and learn about voice phishing and investment fraud investigation use cases as well as COVID-19 epidemiological investigation extension cases.
Python-Based Investigative Data Preprocessing Training
Data cleansing, automation, and analysis practical skill development
We provide hands-on training in investigative data exploration and preprocessing using the Python Pandas library. We train Python-based investigative intelligence analysis techniques that can be immediately applied in the field, including data cleansing through loops and conditionals, account transaction data automation, and KakaoTalk log record structuring.
CSI Academy — Crime Scene Practice
Indoor CSI practice space based on Hallym University Glocal project
Through the Hallym University Glocal project, we designed and built an indoor CSI practice space reflecting actual investigation environments. We compose scene elements including scene layouts, evidence props, and controlled zones, and develop scene-oriented practice modules covering scene approach, evidence recognition, collection, and record documentation for training in investigative reasoning, scene verification, and report writing.

An industry-academia-research (customized) education curriculum at Hannam University aimed at developing professionals in public safety data science and investigative intelligence analysis. We support i2 solution adoption for domestic public and investigative agencies, including institutional workflow analysis, feature configuration, template and analysis module design, and Analyst's Notebook-based investigation and analysis workflow optimization. We conduct technical advisory and functional enhancement collaboration in coordination with APAC i2 Group.
Analysis Workflow Optimization
We provide analysis automation and workflow optimization consulting for investigative data utilization. We build an integrated service model for institutional customized adoption and operation support, covering the entire process from analysis tool adoption to practical utilization.
